1 banana
125 ml low fat milk or fortified soy beverage* ½ cup
½ pkg soft tofu
125 ml plain yogurt ½ cup
60 ml smooth natural peanut butter 1/4 cup
20 ml chocolate syrup* 4 tsp
4 ice cubes
* If desired, you can use ½ cup chocolate milk and/or soy beverage in place of milk/soy beverage and chocolate syrup.
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. If desired, serve in coffee mug and/or thermos and take to go.
