375 ml skim or 1% milk 1 1/2 cups
125 ml Western Classics French Vanilla Yogurt 1/2 cup
500 ml fresh mango chunks, frozen 2 cups
30 ml fresh lime juice 2 tbsp
grated fresh ginger root or ground ginger to taste (optional)
  1. Combine all ingredients in a blender.
  2. Blend until smooth. If you prefer a thinner smoothie, add more milk as desired.
  3. For a thicker smoothie, add 3 to 4 ice cubes.
