Fresh Fruit Platter with Dip
Serves 8
per serving
250 ml seedless purple or 1 cup
250 ml fresh pineapple chunks 1 cup
2 oranges, peeled and cut into slices or segments
4 kiwi fruit, cut into slices
250 ml fresh strawberries 1 cup
1 medium cantaloupe, peeled, seeded and sliced
250 ml Western Family French vanilla yogurt (or fruit flavour of your choice) 1 cup
125 ml whipping cream, whipped ½ cup
  1. Wash and prepare all fruit. Arrange decoratively on a large platter. Cover with plastic wrap and keep refrigerated until ready to serve.
  2. For dip, combine yogurt and whipped cream. Store in refrigerator until ready to serve.
