250 ml fresh or frozen strawberries 1 cup
250 ml Western Family orange juice 1 cup
125 ml silken or soft tofu 1/2 cup
125 ml Western Family low-fat plain yogurt 1/2 cup
1 banana
directions
  1. Place all ingredients in a blender and blend until smooth. Serve immediately. For an icier drink, add 3 to 4 ice cubes.
