How Does it Work? 

If you’re not 100% satisfied with your produce purchase, we will:

Our Freshness Guaranteed Produce Promise will be granted once per transaction for purchases within 14 days of the original purchase date. It applies to all fresh items in our Produce department, both packaged and non-packaged. Customer must provide original receipt along with More Rewards card. If you are not 100% satisfied with the freshness of your produce, we will refund the value of the item you purchased, replace the produce with an item of your liking from our fresh or package produce productions up to the value paid for the produce item you are replacing and reward you with 500 More Rewards points will be issued. We reserve the right to rescind, or change the terms of, the Freshness Guaranteed Produce Promise at any time, including adjusting the 14 day deadline for all or certain Produce items. We reserve the right to refuse some or all parts of the Freshness Guaranteed Produce Promise if we determine, in our reasonable opinion, that the customer is abusing the program.”
