Ingredients
1 7-oz ahi tuna steak
1 tsp oil
¼ tsp salt
Fresh black pepper
1 cup cooked Western Family Jasmine Rice
½ cup sliced cucumber
½ cup frozen edamame, heated through
1 sliced avocado
1/2 cup sliced mango or peaches
Sauce:
2 tbsp Western Family Real Mayonnaise
1 tsp sesame oil
Directions

Rub the tuna with oil and season with salt and pepper. Sear it in a super hot oiled frying pan for 2 minutes on each side. Rest for 4 minutes, then thinly slice. Divide rice between two bowls then top each one with equal portions of the toppings – cucumber, edamame, avocado slices, etc. To make the super simple, yummy dressing, mix the mayo and sesame oil with enough water to thin it out to pouring consistency. Drizzle sauce generously over each poke bowl and enjoy.
