Directions:
Mango Salsa
Combine diced mango, tomatoes, red onion, green onion and lime juice into a bowl. Mix well and season with salt a pepper to taste. Cover and place in fridge until ready to serve.
Avocado Crema
Scoop avocado into a small blender. Add jalapeno, serrano, sour cream, lime juice, minced garlic, cilantro, and a couple pinches of salt. Blend until smooth. If crema is still thick, add additional lime juice until desired consistency.
Tuna Filet
Season Tuna with salt and pat dry. On high heat in a non-stick pan, quickly sear just enough to change the color and form a crust. Remove and allow to rest for 5 – 10 minutes.
To Serve
Slice ahi tune against the grain with a sharp knife. Add to tortilla. Top with Mango salsa and avocado crema. Garnish with cilantro and enjoy!
