Ingredients
2 bunches kale
1/4 cup extra-virgin olive oil
1 tbsp white wine vinegar
1 full lemon, squeezed
1 tsp Worcestershire
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 tbsp mayonnaise
2 tbsp nutritional yeast
2-3 large garlic cloves, minced
1 tsp capers
Salt & pepper, to taste
Directions

Croutons, parm, and bacon to top Chop kale into bite-sized pieces and place into a large bowl. Add 1 tsp olive oil and a sprinkle of sea salt. Gently massage until soft. Set aside. In a jar, combine olive oil, white wine vinegar, lemon juice, Worcestershire, Dijon mustard, mayonnaise, nutritional yeast, garlic, capers, and salt & pepper. Shake until combined. Pour dressing over kale and serve with croutons, parm, and bacon. ENJOY!!
