1 tbsp Olive Oil
4 Halibut fillets
2 cups crushed cornflakes
1/2 cup melted butter
2 tbsp Dijon mustard
2 eggs
salt to taste
Directions
Pre heat oven to 400
In a bowl, mix cornflakes, butter, Dijon and salt.
Whisk eggs with salt
Dip halibut in egg
Dip halibut into cornflakes mixture
Press the mixture against the fish Bake it for 15 minutes
