While Rice is being cooked, spread the Dill Herb Paste onto the Salmon Fillets, about 1 tbsp each fillet. Use more or less depending on your preference. Splash a squeeze of fresh lemon juice on each Salmon Fillet and place in a steamer at 210 C for 10-12 mins depending on thickness of Salmon.
Place Mixed Greens or Arugula in a bowl and drizzle with Extra Virgin olive oil to coat.
