Sichuan Honey Glazed Lamb Racks

Ingredients
1 Full lamb rack
For the Rub:
1 tbsp Sichuan peppercorn
1 tbsp chili flake
1 tbsp Salt
1 tbsp garlic flakes
For Cooking:
1 cup Soy Sauce
1 cup Rice vinegar
1/2 cup honey
Garnishing:
Sesame seeds to taste
Cilantro to taste
Chili Flakes to taste
Directions
Cut rack into individual ribs
Mix all rub ingredients, and rub it on the meat
Mix all cooking ingredients, and add to your baking dish.
Pre heat oven to 325, place ribs into baking dish.
Cook for half and hour, flip it.
Adjust oven to 400. Cook for another 15 minutes.
Remove to the oven, reserve the cooking liquids.
Garnish your ribs and serve with a side of the liquids.
