Ingredients
1 Head of Cauliflower
1 or 2 Chopped Green Onions to garnish
1 cup Flour
1 tsp Corn Starch
1 tsp Garlic Powder
1 tsp Onion powder
1 tsp Paprika
1/2 tsp kosher salt
3/4 cups plant based milk
1 tbsp Apple cider vinegar
Sauce:
1/2 cup Hot Sauce
2 tbsp Plant based butter
1 tbsp Honey or agave
Directions

Preheat oven to 400 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper

Break cauliflower into bite-size florets

In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients (flour, corn starch, garlic powder, onion powder, paprika, and salt)

In a smaller bowl or large measuring cup, combine milk and vinegar. Slowly add wet ingredients to dry ingredients, whisking as you go to make a wet batter.

Dip cauliflower florets into batter and shake off excess before placing them evenly spaced on the baking sheet

Bake for 15 mins, then flip cauliflower over and bake for another 15 minutes or until golden.

To make sauce, melt together butter and honey/agave in microwave or over low heat on the stove.

Remove from heat and mix in hot sauce.

Toss cauliflower florets in the sweet & spicy sauce and serve garnished with green onion. Optional: dip in your favourite creamy ranch sauce.
