1 can chickpeas, rinsed and drained
1 ½ packs Ramen, crushed & uncooked
1 carrot, thinly sliced into matchsticks
1 cup purple cabbage, chopped
2 cup green cabbage, chopped
½ cup green onions, chopped
1 Red bell pepper, thinly sliced
1/3 cup Asian Sesame Dressing
½ tsp. Crushed red pepper
Directions
- In a small bowl, mix salad dressing and spicy chili crisp, set aside for later.
- To a large bowl, add remaining ingredients
- When ready to serve, add dressing to salad and mix to combine.
- Top with extra ramen and enjoy!
